Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMOHC) assist the clergy in distributing Holy Communion at Mass, or bring Holy Communion to those confined to home due to illness or age. The greatest gift that Our Lord left us is the Eucharist, His own Body and Blood.” Being a bearer of Christ’s Body and Blood to others is truly a special ministry. At Our Lady of Peace, parishioners age 17 and older are invited to consider becoming an EMOHC.
