Youth Ministry Adult Team: CAST (Catholic Adults Supporting Teens)
If you feel God nudging you to make a difference in the lives of teenagers by helping inspire their faith, consider joining our CAST! The CAST are adults of all ages who volunteer to participate in our BOLD program, either as part of the active ministry, or in a behind-the-scenes role (shopping, driving for events, advising, etc).

Meeting: Groups meet during Lent and Advent
Open to ALL adult parishioners, this ministry provides groups with the opportunity to “know God and God’s love” through faith sharing. Reading material is provided.

Knights of Columbus
Meeting: Monthly at the Paca Club in New Providence
An international society of Catholic men who locally serve the communities of Summit, New Providence, and Berkeley Heights, donating time and money to help the church community and charities.

Rosary Altar Society
Meeting: Monthly
The Rosary Altar Society gathers for Mass, praying of the Rosary, lunch, and fellowship with speakers addressing the group. We also crown Mary, host a Communion Breakfast and a retreat, undertake the Blessing Bag Project, and fundraise to help the less fortunate.

Weekly Sandwich Ministry
Meeting: Mondays between 12 noon and 2 p.m. in the Parish Hall kitchen
The Weekly Sandwich Ministry makes and/or collects sandwiches, fresh fruit, and snack bars to be delivered to six different soup kitchens and food pantries. Prefer to Donate to the cause? DONATE

Sandwiches for St. Joseph Social Service Center
Meeting: Third Tuesday of the month
Sandwiches are prepared at home by parishioners and collected at the rectory for distribution to St. Joseph’s Social Service Center in Elizabeth.

Garden Ministry
Meeting: Seasonal
The Garden Ministry works to enhance the beauty of the grounds around our church. Our goal is to give glory to God through the plants and flowers we tend.

Traveling Our Lady of Fatima Statue
Meeting: The statue stays in your home for a week.
Families welcome Our Blessed Mother into their homes and offer prayers. So many tell us what a joy it is to receive her and the blessings she brings.

Crocheted or knitted shawls are made at home to be given to those who need special prayers.

Music (Choir)
Meeting: Practice on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. in the church.
Foster and enrich the communal experience of worship during the liturgy and other parish events throughout the year by lending your voice!

High School Leadership (Peer Servant Team - PST)
Meeting: 1x monthly, usually Thursday
Anyone who has been Confirmed and desires to go deeper in Discipleship, consider applying for leadership! Members of the PST learn practical leadership skills, exercise peer mentorship, build lifelong friendships, and have a real impact on our community.
Mid. School Grades 6-8, High School Grades 9-12 Any denomination
Bold Youth Ministry
Meeting: Monthly / Semi-monthly Thursdays 7-8:30pm in Parish Hall
Activity-based events to serve the community, learn about faith, grow in friendship. Fun evenings to foster fellowship and continue honest explorations about faith without judgment.

Cub Scouts
Meeting: Monthly
The Cub Scouts allow young boys to grow and be successful through character development, spiritual growth, good citizenship, sportsmanship, fitness, family understanding, personal achievements and community service.

Altar Servers
Meeting: Daily/weekly
Anyone who has made their First Communion is welcome to assist the priest during Masses and liturgical services. You will have the honor of providing the Body and Blood of Christ to the congregation during Masses.

Pastoral Council
Meeting: Meet quarterly
The purpose of the Pastoral Council is to assist the pastor in the leadership role of planning, organizing, initiating, and coordinating the evangelization, worship, social concerns, and education of the parish community.
